Pacific Earth Connections et al., Los Angeles County Superior Court Case No. 20STCV39807. Following counsel’s closing arguments, the jury only deliberated for 20 minutes before returning a favorable verdict and awarding compensatory damages exceeding those plaintiff requested at trial. Gavrilov & Brooks subsequently defeated the defendants’ post-trial motions for a new trial and for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
