
Priscilla M. Parker (Chu) was originally from Hong Kong. Ms. Parker received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a Minor in Communication from the University of California, Davis. Ms. Parker began her legal education at Northwestern University California School of Law while working full-time as a law clerk at a personal injury law firm.
After passing the California Bar Exam, Ms. Parker’s legal practice has been focused on personal injury matters and litigation. She has settled and litigated hundreds of cases during her career and has obtained seven-figure results for her injured clients and their families.
Mr. Parker is bilingual and speaks Cantonese fluently. She prides herself on being able to help and advocate for injured individuals.
Ms. Parker is licensed to practice law in California and U.S. District Court of the Eastern District of California. Ms. Parker is currently the 2020 President of the Asian/Pacific Bar Association of Sacramento. She is also a member of Capital City Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California (CAOC), Sacramento County Bar Association, and Placer County Bar Association.
