Michael H. Raichelson is an attorney at Gavrilov & Brooks, involved in the firm’s trial practice, appellate practice, law and motion, and civil litigation. He is results oriented with extensive courtroom experience.
His trial practice has had him first chair jury trials, bench trials and binding arbitrations. He has successfully prosecuted and defended motions for summary judgment, and has prepared dozens of matters for trial, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state courts. He has also secured numerous judgments, including multi-million-dollar judgments.
Michael’s experience in civil litigation has focused on business litigation, real estate litigation, collection litigation, and personal injury litigation. He also oversaw, managed and was senior trial counsel for the litigation department of a multi-billion-dollar real estate firm.
Michael received his J.D., Cum Laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law. He is a 1st Lieutenant, Judge Advocate General (JAG), Legal Support Command, with the California State Guard. He has also been selected as a Southern California Super Lawyer from 2011 through 2025, and is rated AV Preeminent by the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings.
