Mr. Kahn has been litigating large and complex matters for over thirty years. Mr. Kahn has handled complex litigation and high exposure matters including mass shooting cases, death and catastrophic injury cases, and high exposure product liability matters. Mr. Kahn handles matters in state and federal courts as well as before various administrative agencies.
