During his ten years as an attorney, he has practiced in multiple areas of the law, but his specialty is representing individuals who have been injured by the negligence or recklessness of others. No matter how large the opponent or how complex the case, Mr. Nettels fights relentlessly and aggressively to protect the rights of his clients and bring them justice as swiftly as possible, and he has routinely prevailed against large entities such as Wal-Mart and the major insurance companies.

Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Mr. Nettels went west to gain his higher education. He earned a National Merit Scholarship to Arizona State University and a Merit Scholarship to the University of San Diego School of Law. Thus, having lived in diverse cities throughout the Southwest, Mr. Nettels knows how to relate to clients from all backgrounds and walks of life and tailors his relationship with his clients to accommodate their cultural preferences.

Mr. Nettels places great emphasis on giving back to the community through pro bono and volunteer work. In law school, he graduated with Pro Bono recognition for work performed at a legal clinic associated with the university. In his practice, Mr. Nettels has provided legal services at little to no cost for veterans and low-income immigrants.
