Benjamin Jesudasson focuses his practice on probate, trust administration, and estate planning matters across California. With more than 25 years of legal experience, including two decades of litigation practice in Los Angeles, he brings both technical precision and practical insight to the administration of estates and trusts.  Mr. Jesudasson is bilingual and speaks Tamil fluently.

He has successfully represented individual and business clients in matters ranging from modest estates to multimillion-dollar administrations throughout California. Benjamin has guided clients, trustees, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries through every stage of estate planning , trust and probate administration, as well as in navigating contested matters.

In addition to his legal practice, Benjamin has served as a paralegal professor at National University, where he shared his expertise with future legal professionals. A graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Benjamin combines strong advocacy skills with a client-centered approach, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and in full compliance with the California Probate Code and Probate Court requirements.
