Sheila heads up the firm's appellate and law and motion practice. Sheila's appellate experience covers a broad range of substantive areas, including general business litigation, insurance law, employment law, medical malpractice, probate and trusts, real property, tort litigation, public entity liability, intellectual property and family law.  She has served as appellate counsel in two notable cases: Jules Jordan Video, Inc. v. 144942 Canada Inc., et al. (9th Cir. 2010) 617 F.3d 1146 and Bowman v. Tommie Wyatt, Jr., et al. (2010) 186 Cal.App.4th 286.
