Richard Silvestri

Richard Silvestri is a partner at Gavrilov & Brooks serving clients in the areas of personal injury law and general litigation.

Since joining the firm in 2016, Mr. Silvestri has successfully represented hundreds of clients and fought for full justice and maximum compensation for their personal injuries caused by others. While most cases settle prior to trial, he has successfully participated in more than a dozen trials and arbitrations.

His clients include individuals injured in motor vehicle, motorcycle, commercial trucks, and accidents involving pedestrians and bicyclists. He also handles slip/trip and fall incidents, and other premises liability matters. Mr. Silvestri has also represented clients who were injured while they were either the driver or passenger using a rideshare APP, such as UBER or LYFT at the time of the collision. Mr. Silvestri has achieves several seven-figure settlements for his clients and recently achieved a five million dollar settlement for a client that sustained a traumatic brain injury.
