Oksana began her professional career as a home loan officer over 20 years ago, working in all facets of residential mortgage and construction lending.
This varied background gives her a unique and rounded perspective on the financial planning industry.
While working in mortgage, she saw the need and an opportunity to serve the community even further. Many families that Oksana worked with were first-generation immigrants that did not have access to legal services in their native language – Russian, which Oksana is fluent in.
In 2015, Oksana began her law education at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento, attending classes at night, while continuing to work full time as a loan officer during the day and raising her three children.
Oksana now brings her knowledge and experience into the Estate Planning practice at Gavrilov & Brooks. She represents clients around the Sacramento and foothill areas with the same leadership and passion she showed during her mortgage career.
She is a tireless advocate, maintains professionalism, and sees cases clearly through the lens of the law. She advises clients to act in their best interest, keeping them fully informed throughout the entire process.
