Ognian Gavrilov is the managing partner of Gavrilov & Brooks, a full-service practice. Mr. Gavrilov has done 16 jury trials and more than 40 bench trials and arbitrations. He has tried both plaintiff and defense cases in the areas of business law, corporate law, personal injury, employment law, patent law, and medical malpractice. He routinely handles trials on short notice for other law firms. 


Mr. Gavrilov was one of five finalists for Advocate of the Year in 2015 by CCTLA (Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association), a Sacramento Business Journal Best of the Bar recipient in 2015, 2016, 2018 and on Sacramento Magazine's Top Lawyers List for Business/Corporate Law in 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019. He is the co-founder and current Vice President of the Slavic American Chamber of Commerce, a former Board of Directors Member of Mountain Valley Express, and a former Chairman of the Small Business Advisory Board for the City of Sacramento. His biggest accomplishment, however, is winning the 2007 McGeorge Golf Championship.
