Mr. Galachyan is a vital part of the success of Gavrilov & Brooks, serving in the role of Director of Operations.  He has extensive business experience in strategic planning for growth of the firm, and has implemented procedures to ensure that the firm grows efficiently and effectively.  Mr. Galachyan is directly involved in not only the firm’s high-level operations, but also manages the firm’s finances, oversees the company’s performance, and screens cases for intake.  Mr. Galachyan handles traditional Human Resources matters such as payroll, hiring, and employee benefits.

Mr. Galachyan also brings legal experience to his role as Director of Operations.  He served as a legal assistant in personal injury matters.  He continues to expand his knowledge through the State Bar’s apprenticeship program with the oversight of Managing Partner Ognian Gavrilov.
