Mary Anne Martin is a transactional attorney with extensive corporate and municipal law experience. She began her legal career conducting due diligence for high-profile mergers and drafting public filings for Fortune 500 clients. In 2009, she was a member of the legal team that successfully thwarted Broadcom’s attempted hostile takeover of Emulex.

During her tenure as the only in-house attorney for a publicly traded mining company, Ms. Martin negotiated a $110 million merger agreement on behalf of the target corporation. After closing the transaction in 2015, Ms. Martin assisted with corporate financing and managed over 268,000 acres of uranium properties in multiple jurisdictions. The surviving entity is now the premier uranium producer in the United States.

Ms. Martin has also represented various governmental boards, councils, and commissions at hearings throughout California and Nevada. She is licensed to practice in the United States District Court in the District of Nevada, the District of Wyoming, and the Eastern District of California.
